School Board Experience and Issues I will address if elected to the School Board
I am honored to be a candidate for the Lagunitas School Board of Trustees on the November 3, 2026 ballot. Also on the ballot are three candidates who I have tremendous respect for; incumbent Aaron Michaelson, Ally Dukkers Wilson, and Charlotte Troy. In late August 2026, Charlotte informed the community that she has dropped out of the race as she has new recent commitments in her professional life.
This is a time of tremendous transition at the Lagunitas Community School with a new Superintendent, Laura Garroway Myers , new Chief Busineess Official Karmela Cleary joining our Principal, Jenelle Ferhart, and District Secretary Liz Wickenrsham along with four new classroom teachers and many new classified staff and specialists. I am very excited to be part of this transition.
